With injection moulding machines ranging from 15 to 80 Tonnes and additional resources up to 260 Tonnes, components weighing as little as a few tenths of a gram up to 750 grams can be produced.

Components from the very basic to the highly complex can be moulded in either the more commonly known thermoplastic materials such as ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene...etc or from a range of the more sophisticated engineering graded materials.

In addition to insert moulding, many secondary operations, such as component assembly, printing, plating and packing are undertaken to meet customer's total requirements.

Handling small or large production runs we provide a complete manufacturing solution, and, depending on location, deliver within a few hours using our own transport or the next day using a national courier.
